Greenewelty Private Limited, founded in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on 30 March 2024, is a technology-driven startup focused on innovation in hydrogen energy. We are incubated at IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park, and we are committed to developing solutions to address the generation, storage, and transport of hydrogen. In addition, we provide testing and consultancy support for a wide range of industries, including paint & coating, steel, aluminium, energy, oil & gas, and fuel cell technologies.

We are excited to introduce India’s first Hydrogen Permeability Analyzer, a high-precision instrument designed to measure hydrogen permeability in metals, ceramics, polymers, coatings, and composites under extreme pressure up to 500 bar.

This advanced technology allows the measurement of important characteristics—such as gas transmission rates, permeability, solubility, and diffusion coefficients—which greatly aids in understanding material exposure to hydrogen.

Greenewelty is pioneering a better way of testing in the hydrogen value chain, and our solution is the first of its kind in India. With the support of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, we hope to equip the industry with an improved way to achieve a safer and more dependable hydrogen-powered future.
